Red pepper is a fully ripened berry that stays mature on the vine (can be recognised as the color turns red). Red pepper is hand-picked, sorted and dried under the sun. It has a unique flavour with a touch of sweetness, while at the same time providing an incredible spice that heats up the flavour of the dishes.
Kirum Kampot Pepper plantations are certified ORGANIC (by Ecocert S.A.) as per European standards (EOS), Japanese standards (JAS) & American standards (NOP).
