Kirum Black pepper is the product of early-harvested green pepper, when the color of the berries is about to turn from green to yellow. The unripe berry is sun-dried and served as black pepper. It has a spicier taste and reveals notes of citrus fruits, mint and eucalyptus.
Kirum Kampot Pepper plantations are certified ORGANIC (by Ecocert S.A.) as per European standards (EOS), Japanese standards (JAS) & American standards (NOP).
