WHO ARE WE?

Kirum is a local Cambodian brand. launched in 2013, we had the vision to bring the savory flavors of Kampot Pepper to the tables of the masses.

 FIRST OF ITS CLASS

Kirum puts a lot of thought and care into the product we serve to our customers. It became clear to us that serving an organic and natural product was an important step to show our consumers the LOVE that we have to our pepper.
With this hard work in mind, our pepper became the FIRST plantation to ever gain a Geographical Indication (GI) status in Cambodia in 2009. As well as the organic certification in 2012.
Furthermore, WE are also the only plantation in Cambodia to have gained triple certification by Ecocert, following European, American, and Japanese norms. Kirum has since accumulated many certifications and upholds the HIGHEST standards which prove our profound dedication to our products, OUR FARMERS, and our customers.

With this shared vision, CONFIREL, our parent company has the mission of bringing notoriety to the quality and richness of Cambodian culture and its products to new heights.

Confirel was founded in 2001 by Dr. Hay Ly Eang, Doctor in Pharmacy and Phytotherapy in France, who was driven by the conviction that rural development and the improvement of farmers’ living conditions were the keystones of a happy future for his country, Cambodia.
